We are a small woman founded business who values safety, reliability, and engagement when it comes to your more precious people! We only hire the most experienced, reliable, responsible, trustworthy, and fun babysitters around. We don't hire a less than ideal candidate just to fill everyones needs at all times. We do however, have a team of 10+ women who are amazing and experienced caring for infants and children! We have hundreds of hours available each month but we book quickly - we're THAT awesome!

This is where we truly differ, and where all the work comes in. Our founder works around the clock to ensure that the availability posted to our booking site is accurate. Our sitters know that if they're available they'll be booked and know to honor their commitment. They are allowed to pick their availability and remove unbooked availability at anytime. When you book online, you will receive an Instant Confirmation. No waiting around to see if your babysitter approves your request or not, no waiting for a service to find you a sitter (although we do that, too, with our job board). Members have access to our booking site, the availability posted is always accurate. Really.

OUR VETTING PROCESS AND CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
Obviously, we can not unveil all of our secrets, tips, and tricks for hiring awesome caregivers - but one of our main secrets is Jimie's great judgement of character. In addition to all the basic vetting stuff you'd expect a service to do, we also prefer that our sitters have future goals, or current careers working with children. Jimie personally checks in with each family after each sitter babysits to ensure that each babysitter is as good or better than they were on day 1.

OUR PRICING
Hands down worth the small investment. Our membership fee gets you accurate instant booking & confirmation, unlimited posts to our job board, unlimited support from our founder, and an in-person home evaluation and interview from our founder.

Our hourly rates are competitive with what professional adult babysitters are charging in Boulder County. The rates include management of babysitters and schedules to ensure we're all arriving on time to the correct locations, updating schedules and availability on a daily basis, and setting each sitter up to meet each new family.

We simply charge your card after each booking is completed, and manage all hours so you don't have to. No need to worry about paying taxes for your childcare, we are self employed - you can even request an invoice to deduct your childcare expenses.
